Default Post Pics of Third Gen LSx Cars! (Don't Quote Pics)

Let's see your LSx-transplanted third-gen Camaros and Firebirds! Underhood, exterior, interior — ***** your car like no other. Tell us all about them, too. How long it took, how much $$$ (if so inclined), problems and solutions, what sponsors sold certain parts, what performance mods have been done, etc.

But, please, don't quote pics.

Search was down, but I don't recall an all-inclusive third gen LS1 only thread anyway.

Wow, man! Looks great! I'm not normally a flame guy, but you really pulled it off well. Matching white flames on that intake would both look great and reduce the amount of red at the same time, I think. Super car, man!!!

I am almost done! I am waiting on a torque arm, CAI parts and some other things.

Here is the Fuel line mock up. Yes, I will be replacing the lines.

New belt in place!

Sweet wiring mess!

^ Cool.

Aren't 3rd gens lighter than fourth gens? Wouldn't it make sense then that they could be a bit faster "stock?"

yes sir, stock for stock the 3rd gen should have it by about 3 tenths. granted 100lbs is a tenth and both cars fully loaded.
