Default F body Procharger users--relocate alternator?

So I've been having problems keeping my voltage up after installing the new engine and D1SC with a big FP, EWP, fans, WB, etc. and I installed a bigger alternator but it hasn't fixed it. Now when the car is cold the voltage is great, but when it warms up the voltage sucks at idle. I drove the car yesterday in 40 something degree weather and noticed my voltage was staying up. So I figure maybe the cooler air was helping keep the alternator cool and therefor more productive. So I was thinking maybe I'd relocate the alternator to the passenger side head like alot of turbo guys do so it would stay cooler. Anyone done this? Pics are good......

I had the same problem with my stock alternator not keeping up with voltage demands. I then switched to a Powermaster 150 amp alternator in the stock location and all issues stopped. I have 4 fans, bap, hids, a/c bigger fp, etc.

No, not yet. I'm lazy. The volt booster wont help at idle anyway, and I haven't found a pulley yet.

i have done this, but i have a turbo kit ofcoarse, after doing it i dont think id ever switch back, its so easy to take on and off if needed (5 minute job), plus it keeps it cleaner from road debree.

Since the procharger uses the alternator as part of its bracket setup it would be kind of a pain to do IMO. It will heat up just as much on top as underneath anyways..
