Default My new car
Well, i'm sure some of you know I sold my trans am a month or so ago to a fellow member. I have now moved on back to the import world and am taking on a vr4 !

I've had it about a month now and i'm loving it.

dude.... nice car... but be careful with that transmission... iv known 3 different vr4's that have had transmission problems when they are modded or just from high miles and being that transmission is a german made piece... and is no longer produced its nearly impossible to get parts for let alone a full trans.... so im just saying be careful becuase i know 2 people that sold theres for pennies because they had blown transes and couldnt get parts to fix em.... not tryen to burst your bubble im just warning you one member to another... good luck with the car tho...

Yea, i'm quite aware of the tranny transfer case problems. However, with the 91 and 92 you can take it back anytime and have the recall done , so you get a new one for free.

I figured there would be some haters of the car on here. Nope, no ls1 in it.

It is a v6 3.0 twin turbo . I am happier with the car than the f body even though I had some great times in that car.

I guess its not as bad as if you had bought it new, but... I don't know. I see a badass Trans Am and Im that much happier, I see something like that... :rofl:

nice car, always liked vr4's for some reason. Dont think I would rather have one over a ls1 but im sure its a fun car to drive. good luck with it and get one of those taller round spoilers and it would be perfect looking.
