Lagging O2 Sensor?

Lagging O2 Sensor? Could someone look at these files and let me know if my thinking is correct? This tune on my car is pretty spot on with the LTFTs. On my buddies car with almost identical mods he is getting some very high LTFTs and his B2 O2 sensor seems to lag a bit. Think replacing the O2s will fix this?
