Default Quick review and pic of bitviper antenna

Just wanted to say that this was a quality piece and I'm happy I made the switch. I have gone through 2 power antennas in the last few years and I got tired of it so I explored this option.

The switch was very easy, I just had to pick up a non-powered antenna bracket and replace the power bracket. This piece is about 20 bucks at a dealer or you can probably find it in a salvage yard for cheaper. The cable and everything else is reusable.

Here's a picture of what it looks like on a black T/A

Once again, great piece and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to do a shorty antenna or someone like me who is just tired of messing with the power ones .

I should note that there's absolutely no loss in reception by doing this.

My reception is also untouched, and as of late I've been doing a LOT of radio-listening.

do you have the part # for the mounting bracket? I would MUCH rather have that shorty antenna than my POS broken (x3) retractable.
