Are they NEEDED....my dumb *** put them on today in a hurry and did not put the spacers in, infact I left them at the hobby shop I go to on my base so Im sure they got thrown away... I always mess something up when Im in a hurry. Anyway, when I get some time I will just get some more and put them in but Im just curious if they are that "important", the directions said something about it keeps the brackets from binding...?? I did feel a difference when I drove home though, my car has been lowered a long time with out them and with all my other suspension the car really feels good.

Just call Lee at BMR and he can get you some replacements for cheap.
I did that yesterday. I think they keep the bolts from hogging out the holes.

I hope you don't mean the spacers that prevent side-to-side movement of rod-ended LCAs because those are definitely necessary.

I believe they are very important. They prevent the bracket from bending inward from the tension. But u might be talkin about diff spacers than what i am thinkin about. but the spacers i got with my brackets, on the installation sheet, they said it was very important to put them in.

I know the spacers you are talking about from when I put my relo brackets on. You need to get them soon but I think you will be ok driving a few days without them as long as you dont hammer on the car from a dig or take any high speed turns. Just drive 'normal' until you get them in.

blcack...can you describe these fender washers. So thats all you are using and your car is fine. I really dont see how they can bind that much since there over a piece of steel. I dont want to jack my TA up Im just saying.

They are large, thick washers from Home depot, They had a big enough hole to fit the rear LCA bolt through it. I made it tight and they havent moved. I for get the actual size, ill have to see if I still have the recipt...

Take a bolt to the hardware store (I use Ace) and tell a person there that you need fender washers to fit. He/she will take you to them. Piece of cake.

No, those are dowels to fit a smaller diameter bolt into a larger hole. At least, I would not have called those spacers.

Those are not dowels. They are definitely spacers. They get sandwiched in the middle of the bracket. The bolt goes through the bracket's holes and them making a sandwich and preventing collapse.
