Default Anyone having troubles with Hptuners and long delays?

I ordered Hptuners On March 22, and just recieved the product today. I really wanted to use it today but I never received a application key via email. To make matters worse I cannot log on to the site with the serial number I was givin. I got a reply from them today when I asked why I could not log onto the site or get a application key, and no help. No I am sitting for another day at least. When I ordered tunercat back in the day I was up and running within 4 days of purchase. Also when I needed new def. files it was a same day deal.

Having the same problems, took just under 3 weeks to get mine. Installed today but can't run the program because it says my code is invalid. Sent them an email, so we'll see how long I'm left hanging this time.

^^^ generally when it says the key is invalid it's because it's being mistyped, best bet is to copy/paste it... if that's not an option you need to verify you typed it exactly as it should be

FWIW orders ship from cali via ups...it takes 5 business days just to get from cali to pa for the most part. Expected delivery time is usually 7-10 BUSINESS days depending on where you live since we have no control over how long it takes UPS to get your package to you.

I just bought it as well. I ordered it late on a friday night, order was processed monday and shipped out. UPS delivered to GA on friday. And UPS left it on my doorstep for me which is great, cause fedex always says the company wanted signiture blah blah and I dont get the product for an extra week cause I work during delivery hours ha.

They have been really quick with helping via email as of late. Now i can get it to work on everything at the shop, just now the one vehicle I have not already tuned with tunercat, ls1 edit, or efilive. Its a 98 2.2 s-10, says it will not support my os/vin. I amgeting bummed now, never had so much trouble with software before.

The problem I had was that the cd I was sent was an older version so the application key wouldn't work. Just had to download the latest version, you may have to do the same.

Thanks man...I don't have access to our customer database as of yet as they are still in the process of adding me to the system. Either myself or Keith should have you an update on your customer login page very shortly with the fix.

Mine showed up today. 8 business days after ordering so it came just like they said it would. Now to figure out what to do with it.
