yea, ive felt the same way about the sidemarkers. That dark on a light car just makes it look like a big ugly square on the side of an otherwise clean car, its something you'd wanna hide, not emphasize in my opinion

i just wanted to match the black scheme....it would have been a bit harder to match the markers to the paint of the car....and i still would have had a line around them because our lights are exactly flush with the car

Nice pics, it's come a long way. How many miles, paint looks good. Tint will look great IMO if you can get it without being hassled too much. I see the back window but not the sides, maybe I'm blind.

As for the duals, I have them and will be lowering when I get my ZR1s. I'll be doing the heater hose on the back and Koni SAs on the front for a SLIGHT lowering job. IMO they still hang too low, and my driveway sucks. Even stock height in the back and a slight rake up front would be good. Good luck.

90k miles on car...less then 10k on motor and tranny...

my car scrapes if i come out straight of my driveway also...

and i did the rear window first i still have to add window motors and i dont want to tint before hand, because of the probabilty of scratching the tint in process
