I'd be very surprised if the banks of the river next to the right hand land aren't overflowing w/water seeping thru the right hand lane. It's been that way for 30 yrs. or so during a wet spring..... WJ

My stuff is not ready yet, but its not a car. I still waiting for suspension, ignition, and motor parts too we are 4 -5 wk away. But the way the weathers been the tracks need a couple wk worth of warm weather to really dry it out good.

Track management, especially there, tends to pull your chain, more than just occasionally, regarding track conditions in springtime wet season. But hopefully, you guys will have a perfect day up at the Valley and not have to run just the left lane only--cause that sure makes for a long, slow day. I've seen quite a few cars kiss that right side wall over the years early in the season from water seepage. WJ

No, they don't rent helmets there. However I've been using a snell M2000 rated motorcycle helmet there since '01, and never been turned away. In fact maybe only 5 times have they asked about a helmet, and about twice asked what the rating is. Usually just keep it in the helmet bag in the back seat, and just ask if I have a helmet.

taken from LVD's site "Good news! The work that was done along the creek last fall and winter, was successful, no impact on track, the water was contained in its banks. However, the ground is now saturated with water, so we need your help... For this upcoming weekend please park only on blacktopped areas! We need to minimize the damage to grassy areas for upcoming season. Your help in this matter is appreciated. "
It also says its going to be 60 and sunny saturday. Me and my dad will be there not sure with what yet though...
