Default help real quick!

so i have my car at the dealership getting the clutch bled out, i could not figure out how to do it last time, such a pita, anyways, they just called and they said that they are not getting really anything out of the lines, so what would the next step be? any ideas on what ishould do? any ideas on what the problem is? the clutch has a lot of play before any engaging, and sometimes the clutch wont open up and makes it a bitch to shift

Not getting anything out of the lines? need more info no air no fluid what?

Try bench bleeding the master till you can't depress the plunger then reinstall it with the reservoir full and connected.

Hi, Just had the same prob on bleeding the sons car. Petal down 2 inches before it hit solid. We were getting fluid and air out. If nothing is being pushed thru to the slave. I'd guess the master has air in it, bad seals inside. Do they hear kinda a like a soft whoosh when they press the petal? His was doing it. He got lucky. Friend of his had an adjustable Ram master, bought it & didn't use it. Son bought it from him & installing it today. Just to let ppl know. Advance Auto has a Clutch master ( By Raybestos. ) Very, very resonable. I had to call their 800# to do it. I ordered one, then the kid came up with the other. Think I have a spare one now. I'd try the master 1st. Dave

dug a little deeper, its the slave cylinder letting air into the system, this will be loads of fun! cant wait for that bill

Hi, Was fluid leaking from the bell housing? Just for my knowadge on how they came to figure it was the slave. Dave
