ive heard that you dont wanna do forced induction on an LS7 since its bored out so much and the pistons arent as good...thats what ive heard anyway...ive heard the LS2 is the way to go with FI

the body would have cost as much as a newer v6, and the newer ones are easier to find

lol, you don't think you could've found a 4cyl notchback for less than $10K or so?
Only wierd thing I noticed was they first say its a "Mustang GT" then they drop the V6 out the bottom...
Reason they used a new one is simple, why would they first of all feature a junky fox body LSX swap on tv? Secondly, its going to make the shop look a lot better, not to mention a better shop car for publicity into a new style mustang.

I think there was a thread on this car a while back. I wonder if they are close to being done with it now. I did notice the v6 getting dropped out of it also.. so much for the GT
