You head flow is average for a 346. It will be a little soft for a 416, but the biggest restriction is going to be the LS6 intake. A ported FAST 90 would help a bunch in this case...maybe 20-30 rwhp.

Why dont you just do the L92 head/intake combo. Very cheep for what you get.

The L76 system seems to be the best bang for the buck out there.

Getting the better flowing FAST 90/90 set-up will than make your weak link the heads. Those heads can't feed a 416ci. The FAST 90 intake can't either, get the L76 intake, they're much cheaper than the FAST 90 and they flow better.

Not so sure the L76 is a big difference over the Fast 90, but the L92/L76 combo is defentially better then the heads you have with a Fast 90.

ditch the heads and intake you have, get the L92 heads with upgraded springs ($1100) and the L76 setup ($528)....this gives you intake, fuel rails, injectors, and 90mm TB. For $1700 you have the perfect match for your engine....you should be able to sell you heads and intake for a good portion of that. Some people have gottne 550 rwhp with this same setup....pickling a cam is the hard part.

A builder here in Lauderdale has flowed both (Fast 90 and L76) with different heads and the L76 always flowed better. Like you said, not an amazing amount, but better.

Either way, whichever intake he uses, that intake will not allow the ported L92 heads to flow to their potential, so really it doesn't matter. Intake will remain the weak link.

what are your goals?

those heads should support 500+rwhp with a FAST 90/90 combo.

I plan on running around 500hp or more if possible, i also plan on running this car as a weekend warrior that i take on the street for a little fun also. I plan on keeping this car a normally aspirated one. What is the L76 intake off of, and what tb will i use if i ditch my current heads and intake for the L92/L76 combo. I also dont know where i would to sell my current combo, all help is greatly appreciated..

OK...the L92 heads you get from SDPC, $1100 assembled with springs good till .650 lift. The L76 intake assembly is $528 also from SDPC. WIth this you get:
Intake manifold
Fuel rails
fuel injectors that will support 550 rwhp NA
90mm stock TB

get it, sell the old ****, and make some serious power. Be sure to get the right cam, some people on this board have done some initial cam work, and have found some that work well!

Ok
I'm doing exactly what many have suggested to you but I only have 375 CI the final numbers looked like this for cost:
CNC l92's from TSP 1500
L76 intake, fuel rails, injectors and electronic TB 575 w/ freight
New cam and LS7 lifters w/ offset L92 rocker arms 525
Cometic gaskets and misc stuff 300
Total money out 2900

Parts to sell or sold fromcurrent setup:
Ported 5.3 heads and old cam 400, Fast 90intake w/ N20 burst panel kit 800, current 42lb injectors 250, new electronic TB included w/ L76 package 100
That is 1550 back after I sell these parts so I'm only out about 1400 and should see an increase of atleast 50 RWHP. I expect to have Dyno numbers by Wednesday for Validation of expected power increases.
I hope this helps.
BTW you will reuse your fast 90 TB with the new L76 intake. You should buy the SLP throttle cable bracket for the L76 about 50.00 and an injector harness adaptor kit about 100.00 from Katech.
