I just zip screwed it on, then just used some silicone to seal the edges.
Where the heater hose's are is where it gets tricky and take awhile. There is going to be some huge gaps so you might have to put a little on, let it dry, then keep adding more till its filled in. You put alot on at one time and it just falls behind or in front if it.

That vacum line is what controls the vent direction from I understand.. when you switch from the floor to the dash, it runs off vacum from my understanding.. So, you might want to hook that back up. I just routed mine to come out where the heater hose's are.
that rubber nobby thing on the left, I just cut that flat. It looks exactly like mine when I had mine tore up..

Mine is stuck in default mode, been like it since I had the Car. It's Heat to the floor and Defrost, that is all it's ever had. I am not complaining, that is all I need.
It's one less thing to come off of the Engine, the Intake I have doesn't have provisions for that.

I didn't know that you could take that black box out, because i thought it had to do with heatercore. That sucks becuase i just got my new motor back in the car, and i don't want to mess with removing all that crap back there when the motor is in. Looks great, you should start selling them things.
