Default Plugs still good?

I'm going to get my car tuned next week, and I want to make sure it's running efficient before the tune(plugs, fuel filter ect.) I just seafoamed the car and bought new plugs, I pulled one of the plugs just to check them, and I think it looks alright. I wouldn't know though because I don't know how to read plugs. They only have about 7k miles on them and they are the iridium TR55's, so they should be fine. If anybody could let me know what shape they are in from looking at the pics that would be great. I don't really have the time to change the plugs, so I don't want to if it is unnecessary.

Can someone PM me a diagram of where to locate spark plugs in a 98 v6?

I forgot which plugs were replaced due to misfire

Pop the hood. Find the 6 thick wires going from the coil packs. Follow down to engine. The spark plug looks like a very, very, very erect nipple.
