Park brake shoe replacement

well...
Remove the wheel
Remove the brake assembly (2 bolts in the back)
Remove the rotor
Remove the cable (you can pull on the lever, it will be easier)
Loose the upper spring with an angled M8 wrench
Pull the shoe up, help you with a screwdriver to desingage it from the piston
Once the shoe is free turn it around the hub: the hub diameter is slightly bigger than the hole in the shoe, but at a certain angle you'll be able to remove it
Clean everything, take the piston apart, clean it, fill it with new high temperature grease, adjust the screw to zero
Install the new shoe (the writing "dont reline" has to be outside!) same steps as removing the old one
Install a new spring
Adjust the piston aiming a shoe diameter of 189.6 - 189.8 mm (some books say to increase the diameter until you can feel the shoe dragging against the drum, then release it la little. It's BS, it always drags a little. Go with the diameter to make a good job).
Reinstall the cable
Reinstall the rotor
Reinstall the brake assembly
Reinstall the wheel
Pull the park brake lever a couple of times to allow it to self-adjust. I can lift my lever by 4-5 klicks, then it stops. I think it's ok.
Have fun!
Stefano

I did tell you you don't need to remove the axle.
Good write up BTW.
