$3.49/gal in Metro Detroit for 93 octane Premium Mobil, Amoco, or Shell.
Gas Mileage 30+ mpg in on the expressway with cruise set at 80 in 6th gear.
Last year drove from Wiley, TX to Metro Detroit on just under 35 gallons of gas 1200 miles (34.5 mpg actual). This year took a lot more due to driving in the rain without the cruise having to stop and go, 1 long detour, and a race with an M5 V10 BMW in Illinois from exit 200 to 321 a. Burned a lot more gas goofing around. The drive home was more fun though.

average of 21mpg including track days and running hard on the street. Over 30mpg on the highway in sixth. Best I have seen was with the cruise on at 63 mph and I was getting 33mpg and at 45 mph and getting 36mpg. This was not downhill either. $3.79 for premium here.

Just reporting on the amazing MPG I made last night. I leaft home (PasadenaTx) with 1/2 a tank of gas and made it all the way past Madisonvill. I stoped to pump gas once my "reserve gas " light turned on, I did pass a marker that said 70 miles to Dallas and my gas Range still said 95 miles to go I drove with the windows up and down, never went over 2k rpms, did not use a/c, average speed was @70mph in 6 gear with rpms of 1600 rpms Once I made it home to Dallas the reading said that my average miles per gallon were 30.1 Im loving my C5
On my way back home I did even better with 34.4 mpg
