DMS or Sportlines???
Either one of those springs are gonna be my next mod on my car. The DMS without the rear isolator lowers it around the same height as the sportlines. I absolutely LOVE the stance that they give as well. I will be upgrading my shocks as soon as Sam gets them ready to order. I will be getting the re-valved Bilsteins, cause I dont have the extra $300 or so to fork out for the Koni's. Right now my car is my DD, but soon it will not when I get a street bike to DD. I dont drag race that much and I might do an auto-x event eventually. Im pretty set on either one of these 2. My question now is which one do you think will be better for my application?

So daily driver and might get into autoxing? If you go that low, you sacrifice a lot of ride quality and too low with not enough springrate, at least for the sportlines.
I suggest sacrificing a tad bit of your ride height preference for a better set of springs which will give you better ride quality and handling at the same time

My long term plans are to hopefully make it a show car/pleasure dirver lol. I mean I might drag race eventually and maybe do an auto-x, but its mainly going to be just fast and look good.......

you will break everything underneath your car with the sportlines. they are terrible. get ready to hear your exhaust scraping the ground in ways you never knew it could. then that just loosens your header bolts and you've gotta retighten them.

I have DMS springs and FLP longtube headers. Haven't had any problems with clearance issues, but you do have to be more cautious driving around. Here's a couple of pictures of what the car looks like.

I would never get either, but if I was forced to get one or the other I would go with DMS. It appears that they have a higher springrate than the sportline's crap springrate, though I don't know how reliable my source of information is.

I kinda like the raked look it gives our cars, makes them look real mean!!! How would I go about removing the rear isolators? How much more of a drop would that give me if I did? Is it unsafe to remove them? Would the heater hose mod be better?

I had DMS springs on my car and they worked great with the stock shocks. Had to sell them and get a set of stock springs 'cos it was too low with the new powertrain and the way the car was set up. Ofcourse, you'll have to watch out for stuff on the road with any set of lowering springs.

I voted DMS. As it was said before they have better spring rate. I would not personally remove the isolators in the back. Specially if it is going to be a show car with the posibility of big speakers and amps in the back. In my case I have no seats or spare tire jack in the back so the rear is a tad higher that it normally would. Personally I like that raked look also. My .02
