Doesn't even look like he was racing in the Z06. Didn't even hear him hit the gas on the first "race". Plus how did he know it was a race...no honk...window was rolled up...didn't look like there was any communication. Just looked like the Supra pulled up to him, looked at him and drove off. The second time Z06 accelerated a little and let off completely. Not much of a race if you even want to call it that.

The Z started in 3rd the first race so the owner said it was not fair. Then they went from a 2nd gear roll and the supra spun a little. Why keep on racing if your gonna get beat anyways?

Looks like it may have been at a decently high altitude, which would have given the Supra the advantage. Not too terribly surprised at the outcome though...the Supra weighs more, but has the power to back it up. If the Supra driver was good, he would have killed the ZO6 by just as much from a dig.

In the second "race", you could tell the ZO6 was getting on it...it won't win 'em all, and certainly didn't in this case.

i expected this supra to win but i also expected that z06 to hang for a little while. while a few of us might be wrong it didnt look like that z06 driver tried very hard.

Either the ZO6 driver was the worst-driving-miss-daisy driver in the WORLD or he wasn't racing.

With only 536 rwhp against a properly driven 44x rwhp stock ZO6 that has at least a ~400 lb. weight advantage, the "race" would have been a lot closer.

Doubt he was racing.

Z06 got walked, but it was STOCK, not surprised a T67 single turbo supra beat a STOCK z06....

Unless it has been modified to help the launch, the supra would have a hard time launching with the vette. They do not hook good at all without help.

What would you expect from a car thats in its sweet spot and putting down 100 more to the wheels?

I dont like this video at all.Im not a clueless,close-minded fool,but this video sucks.Its not giving any of the indicators, that make street racing videos valid.
No communication...no honks....I just think the z06 could hang in for at least 1 gear at those speeds
