Here's a good write up. I really need to do this - mine aren't just the crappy stock bulbs - the driver's side bracket is messed up, and the light doesn't even come on.

If you want to change just the bulbs to get some more brightness, don't bother. I replaced my stockers with some Silverstar foglights. They don't make an exact replacemnet for our cars, but they do make a straight version of a bulb that fits instead of the L shape that the stocker is. Anyhow, my car is a 98 with 60k miles on it, and the stockers were still working when I replaced them with the 20 dollar a piece Silverstars. After 8 months, one of the Silverstars went out already, needless to say the stockers are back in. They didn't make that much of a difference anyhow.

Not worth it to me.

Is the car on or off when you turn them on? And make sure your connections are TIGHT, that's usually the cause of that.

If NONE of that is the problem let me know and Ill get it taken care of.

How much do they run? Do they use the stock brackets? I'd possibly be interested in them and the headlights. Feel free to pm the info. Thanks.
