Default My first home built turbo kit

Well i just finished welding school and im testing my new skills on my turbo kit. My engine is a 370ci headers and kit 304 stainless steel. Im planning on going with a pt 91.5 t6 flange. Im gonna clean up the welds as it seems a little harder with a mig welder, I see why most use tig. Much slower and neater than mig. Im gonna jet coat all hot parts. Im sure the more i do the better i will get.

They look like truck shorty headers that have a little work done to them. Looks pretty sweet so far though. What do you plan on doing with the intercooler? A2A? A2W? Where you going to mount it?

Eigther way, home built headers or flipped shorty's. It's gonna be a wild setup. A 370 with a T6 91mm is gonna be bad ***.

LOL Yes it does and i do thank you for all the information you gave me on your setup size pipes n all. The headers are direct replacement 304 16 guage headers for the trucks. I ran in to a small problem on the #5 runner on the driver side but im gonna either modify the runner route or modify the steering shaft. I wish i could have made those headers. Im looking to buy a tig welder. I think i would have done a lot better with that. migin is too fast for me on stuff like a turbo kit but with practice i guess i will clean up some. As far as the engine goes i got my whole combo from TwnTrboCE. And of course na$ty-ta turbo kit caught my eye out of everyones who was single turbo, again thanks nas4y your a real trooper. I will post pictures as i go.

I use OEM header gaskets and a REG T6 Flanged gasket for the turbo.... then V-Band clamps everywhere else...
