CARTEK X rev 2 dyno numbers 474.4 RWHP and 432.2 RWTQ.
We just finished dynoing our latest X package and achieved 474.4 RWHP and 432.2 RWTQ SAE corrected on a 2001 Z06 346 CID with our latest Stage 2-X rev 2 heads. It has a 224-228 .580 lift hydraulic cam, cold air intake, TPIS headers, no cats, stock Z06 mufflers were disconnected at the rear, Sunoco 94, ported stock intake and 3.42s. We also dynoed it with the stock Z06 mufflers and it made 470.0 RWHP and 429.3 RWTQ SAE with no spikes.
Here are the dyno sheets.
With no mufflers.

With stock Z06 mufflers.

Omg! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> Imagine what you could have had with a spike!

Uh, there is no difference in those graphs <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> . Great numbers though. Nice to see 300+ ft.lbs below 2,000 rpm <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> .
Supprised at the 224°/228° cam.
Think it would like a 228°/224° cam? Just wondering.
Again, impressive torque and power numbers.

Brent on one of the pulls not shown here, it spiked over 480. Not worth showing though.

The graphs will be corrected soon. Sorry about that. We have always used normal split cams not reversed. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

That is just refunkulous. Guys used to get a button when they reached 400HP with heads/cam...now with 470 people are like, "cool"
470 RWHP <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> !
470 RWHP <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> !

Jeebus - those are nice numbers for a heads/cam/stock displacement motor.
Is this car going to be run at the track? If so, and you get some time slips, that could stop any nay-saying on these results before it could even start.
