Default Diagnostic Port wont work?

my diagnostic port isnt working and have a sevrice enigne soon light on but i cant login in with my hptuners or any hand held scanner to check it out and iv tried several different ones. anyone got any ideas on the fix.

First thing I'd check is the "CIG/ACCY" fuse.

ok dumb question which onw is it not famliar with the fuse layout on the panel in the car

On my car it's #11 on the main fuse box inside the car.

that was it, got it fixed. right after my last post i realized idiot its on the back of the cover thanks guys really appericate ls1tech comes through again
