Default Foglight Alignment

How do you adjust the height(direction) on the foglights? Is it the screw above the housing? I got one that's too low, and one a bit too high.

Is it right above the light on the front (IE above the lens)?

Thanks...I contribute what I can. Serious though, what bulbs are you using? I put the silva stars in that where brighter than stock and it still didn't help.

I'm using Sylvania Super white, or something like that, and they work moderately well. Not good enough for night driving on the highway, but enough that people don't flash their lights at me if my headlights are off.
