I am thinking about trading my 04 Silverado SS awd for a 98 coupe mn6. My truck has 40,000 miles and his car has 59,000. Truck is basically stock, exhaust, rollpan and tonneu cover. Vette has h/c, lowered, headers, ls6, exhaust. What do you guys think, oh and the vette is white with black z06 rims.

Sounds like a nice car. If it has good heads and a decent cam it should really scream. No idea how much your truck is worth, but the '98 should be worth $17-19k

It's a bit high. But not to bad. Mods aren't usually considered into the sell price. But if you want a modded one, why not save the hassle and buy it that way.

I paid $21,500 for my 98 with only 16k miles on it. I'd say for a h/c car at that price I wouldn't be waisting my time on here... I'd be at the bank right now .

I agree on that. Buy it. Unless you can do the work yourself, head and cam packages with parts and labor top out at 3500.00 to 4000.00 easy.

I would ask who did the work and contact them as well for input.

Good Luck
