Any idea what this color is called? I thought it might be SOM but it is just not exactly like the 02s. ANd it is a 98.

I am not 100% sure but I believe it should say the color on the information sticker on the inside of the driver side door. Check it out it might help you figure out the color. Nice looking car though.

The code on the door says it is silver. It has always been this color though. We are leaning toward Cayenne Red Metallic now. The stats say there were around 1100 made but I have only seen a couple on the internet and never locally.

Thanks for the compliments. It is my favorite f-body color. I had never seen this color before I bought it.

John "Raughammer" had one just like that 5 or 6 years ago running 10s on motor with a stock bottom end and a 224 cam. That car was awesome.

Your picture is not being shared anymore, but Cayenne Red Metallic was available in '96 - '98 only. In '98 the interiors available were Dark Grey, Neutral, and White. Here's a buddy's Cayenne '97.

Yeah, thats the info I found too. My interior seems to be light grey cloth. That could have been replaced though. That is very similar in color to mine. I can still see the pic, I had to log out and re log in though.
