Default hood pins

does anyone have pics of their car (camaro preferubly) with some form or hood pins?

I'm considering them for weight reasons but I don't want to car to look stupid. I have seen other cars with them (mostly ricers and rustangs) and then look good but have yet to see an f-body with them.

thanks,

chris

I think you should get the hood pins with key locks. I saw some at this website: http://www.randrspecialty.com/cgi-bi...kits_and_locks Oh BTW what does ttt mean?

TTT = To The Top
Here is another used here aften that you might not know.
TIA = Thanks In Advance

There was a post a while back in one of the other sections of LS1Tech that listed many of these shortened phrases. I dont know where it is now. Maybe one of the moderators could put it in the "Suggestions & User Support" section with a stickie.

Thanks all...

I'm starting to think I will wait untill I have the money to do a Z-series hood before I do the hood pins. I got a set and stuck them on the hood (plate and clip) to see how it looks. Its pretty good but I think it really needs that scoop to make it look right.

If anyone has anymore pics, please post.

Thank again guys,

Chris
