Default Need help ASAP

Ok im trying to get this done by tomorrow...
I just got done putting a new engine in my car and i have a problem. To me it sounds like when you mix up the plug wires, when the care sounds random, popping and lopey. Please someone give me an answer im hoping is not timing chain....the pcv rubber line that goes under the TB has a crack in it, and i may have the vaccum lines wrong will these do this?

What line goes here its on the pass. side of the intake manifold and has two outlets and a plug on the top.

You don't have to use a puller to take the balancer off, you just unbolt it and yank it off.

nm, I didnt read your 2nd post. yeah you have to take the balancer and hub off to remove the timing cover, you will need a pulley for the hub, but it's not that hard to access once you remove the balancer, opti, water pump, etc.

There's a spot underneath that one on the TB where the EVAP line goes.
