ya i think the oil is supposed to go into the engine...not under the car? haha just kidding
but that cam should be fine on stock tuning with such a wide lsa and low duration. is the car an automatic or manual?

i think ls6 springs are good to 580. so pushin it with the 1.7's and not a good idea with the 1.8's. just get some comp 918's. That looks like a nitrous cam with the larger exhaust numbers.

My car ran fine with the TR224 cam before it was tuned. I just did not get a lot of power before it was tuned. That cam should be fine to drive for a while without a tune, but I would get one ASAP.
As for the springs, don't take the chance. Get some 918's. If you're on a budget, buy some used ones.
