Get the Thunder 224. It has more intake duration and more lift all around. You will need to buy new valve springs also.

Id get the TR224 112 or 114 lsa aswell for a more lopey sound the 112 if you want it to sound alittle more stock the 114. Comp Cams 918 springs work well with this cam too.

Go the TSP Ms3!!! 400+ to the wheels cam only, with bolt ons of course. I put down 460 to the wheels through it with the stage 1 PRC ls6 heads the sell also. Without a fast intake or Electric water pump, there is still room left in this thing.

The TR224/114 is a good street cam and will pass emission also. If you don't have emissions then I would go for a street cam a little bit bigger than the TR224.

I wouldn't go in there jsut to put a hot cam in, if you're gonna tear it up, throw something in thats gonna make it worth while. I Daily drive the MS3 in Socal traffic (1 hour = 15 miles stop and go), and it's great, there may be bigger better cams out also, but I'm just sayin I think the hotcam is rather small.
