Selecting a cam for a Carbed motor is a bit more difficult, If Allan spec'd it out you'll be ok.
Have you talked to the person doing your heads about valve length? You need to make sure they know you plan on running such a large cam. It is going to have a huge effect on valvetrain geometry
Only think i would reconsider is your converter choice.
With that 2.10 first gear on the th400 you might want a larger stall. Give Neil Chance Converters a call, they will have no problem spec'ing a converter to fit your need.
