Definitely a Seat of the Pants feel. I do not currently have LT's but I hear that’s a big help. There is some hype how they give you 20 RWHP, but I don’t think that the intake along gives that much,,,as your cam, heads, etc change (if), then I believe that the LS6 intake has room to "grow into" as you change other items in the car. I could be way off, but that’s how I understand it. If I had to guess, (im not financially able to go Dyno every other mod I do), I would guess somewhere in between 5 to 10 RWHP was what I gained.

I did lid, LS6, and QTP LTs and cut outs all at the same time so I don't know, but I've read that the intake complements headers well. So, I'll guess that you'll feel it since you have headers.

I put the Weiand intake, LT's, cutouts on at the same time also and the car felt COMPLETLY different, pulls great on top! Do it yourself and save some money...its really easy to do and you can reuse your gaskets.

I gained 9 rwhp on a dynojet with the addition of the LS6 Intake. This was through a stock LS1 with bolt-on modifications including Hooker LT's. I did not feel the difference per say, but the power showed on the dyno and it helped me gain a tenth at the track.

Well I was stupid and held out with my LS1 intake after doing all the other bolt-ons and cam. I just put the LS6 on this weekend and my god its different. I would assume the 10-20rwhp gain is not far off especially with the cam. The car used to feel as if it was running out of steam from about 5500-6500rpm. Now it seems to breathe fully all the way to 6500. I really like it and wish I had done it earlier.

For the TB, just stick with the ported and polished stocker that is in your sig.
