Thanks guys I got my first compliment on the car the same day I picked it up while I was filling up. New experience for me, nobody ever notices the truck.

ExTurbo - I got the car from a Dodge dealer in Vegas, instead of the one in Texas I posted about in that other thread. This one didn't have stripes on it at all. Price on the car was $26250, which was more than I was hoping, but I was very picky abotu color and tranny type.

you can order the sunroof unit they put in the monaro's, i belive JHP supplies them, however there are no T-top GTO's nor do i think its even possible to fabricate one becasue of how the car is built. thats not a bad deal on a relatively new GTO especially since prices are going up from what they were. your still ahead of the game as far as im concerned, the value of the car is not far off from what you paid (unlike those of us who bought new and will take a huge hit on resale)

Well, that didn't last long....

My friend Brett and I were coming back from Fry's Electronics at lunchtime, stopped at I-17 and Thunderbird to get on the freeway and got rear-ended by a guy in a white Honda Odyssey, doing 30-40 mph probably. 5 car chain, I was the first one to get hit. I'm ok, Brett hit his knee and chest on the dash board and my radar detector came off the windshield and hit him in the face. He's ok, a little sore and swollen. I think the car is totalled.
