Default Anyone switch from Flo-Pro Twisters (Spiral-Flo's) to ST's or vice versa?

I'm running a 2.5" TD setup with Twisters right now and I'm thinking about switching to TSP's setup with Sweet Thunders. How much louder would the ST's be? The car has PRC heads & a 224/228 cam.

When I had 2.5 duals on mine it got quieter when I made the switch... But, if you're going to up it to 3" duals, it should be louder & deeper... Mine got louder when I switched to a single 4" from 2.5" duals.

It got quieter with the Sweet Thunders? I thought they'd be louder for sure.

Nope they were quieter, but remember this was on a 2.5 set-up... If you plan on going to the bigger 3" td then it will be louder & even more so with the flo-pro's.

Yeah, I'd be going to a 3" but with ST's instead; thanks for the input. Anyone else?

I had the TSP spiral flow true duals on my previous car and have the sweet-thunder duals on my current car. I personally like the sound of the spiral flows better...not that the sweet thunders don't have a very good sound to them, the spiral flows just seemed to have a better "tone" to them.

There's a local guy running the TSP TD's with sweet thunders, I just need to get together with him to compare. The only thing is that he is running an MS4 and I have a 224/228. Wouldn't just that cam make his exhaust louder than mine?
