I finally made it to the track. I took it easy to get in a few runs, then I broke the 11.5 mark with no roll bar and safety equipment and got booted. Overall I was real happy for it being 85 degrees at the time. This was with 11 lbs of boost. Can't wait for the cooler weather.

Thanks. Its kinda hard when you really only get one shot before getting kicked off. I refuse to put in the cage due to the fact that my two kids climb in the back.

Vids work now, runs looked great! You have 10's in the bag if you launch it a bit harder, with that verter in there you could go much lower than 1.8. I'm doing 1.8 on stock verter but thats not the point, the car runs great! 121 mph is movin!

I should be in the 11 second club now. Instead of a Tech Enthusiast.

Hopefully change that to the 10 second club in the fall. It would be nice.

I hope you can come out on the 15th to Milan, private track rental at 8:30am. The temps should be in the mid 60's at that time. This will get you that 10 second pass if you can hook it.

You need a 9" rear in that thing and some ET Streets. Chris's dad may buy mine. If not, I'll make you a killer deal on my 9" with 3.89 gears. We could swap rear ends + cash.

I just hope you have time to come out to the track while I am there once. I want to line it up and see how many cars you beat me by?

If my sons hockey schedule allows for it, I want to be there on the 15th. That track rental is well worth the $$$. Run until you get bored. I do want to hook up with you and that would be the best place.

Bill, you just got that 9 bolt. Why and what are you putting on there to replace it? I'd love the rear end, but I just put over $2k in the trans. Suprised I am still allowed in the house. lol

Well, I am putting my car up for sale in Sept. I need to get things done around the house so we can sell it. After we move into something smaller I will get something new.

I told Chris I want to find a high mile car (LS1) for cheap. Then I will buy a 427, new trans and a 9" rear and have it all sent to Chris at the dealership. He can pull the old driveline and install a the new one. I just need to get out of this huge house payment ($3,400+ month). Once we sell and get into something more reasonable I will have money to do a real project car. This car must have about $45,000+ into it including the car. It still only has 30,000 on it so now is the best time to sell.

Well, I hope you can make it out to the track on the 15th.

I'm impressed Milan was paying enough attention to kick you. Your setup is what I am looking to do if I ever have any $$. I would love to see the car and see it run. I am planning on going to Motown Muscle track rental the 18th 6-9pm, don't know if you could make that. My kids have stuff going on the 15th, so no way I could make that. But, Bill didn't mention that track rental to me!! Bill I'd like to see your car run also.

And Bill if you want to part out that car before selling it I might want to look at some of your parts. I can't believe you are selling another one. I would get the money parts off of it before selling, if you need some help removing/swapping parts let me know.
