Well the motor is here.
I got my motor from LME yesterday, only took 3 days to get from TX. to me in MN. My buds and I should have it in the car in a week or two. Then it's time to tune. I will get pics up soon and once it is tuned i will get dyno sheets and vid's =)
408 with a pt76 for right now. Once i get better tranny and rear, I will be looking for a new turbo, any ideas?
What do you guys think this combo is good for powerwise? Off the bat I will only be running 9 pounds as thats what my wastgate is set for.

Tthe 76 has a t6 flang... I bought that turbo 2 years ago when i built the kit for my 346, after that motor died..stupid oil pumps. I got a good deal on the 408 so I went with it. now i dont have a ton of bank to drop on a new turbo (when i need to) but whats a decently priced turbo to go with, and do you guys are forced inductions do any kind of trade in?

I am not sure if I can tell you the price, but if Bryan from LME see's this thread he can tell you. I had them build a 408 short block, and I had them put a cam in, double roller timing chain and a ported oil pump. Now if the heads would finish getting milled, the car will be up and running soon
