ws6 door panels in camaro i was just wondering if anyone has put ws6 door panels in their camaro, i would love to have their kick panles, i'm not to worried about the wiring--i could probably figure that out, but what about general fitment, any info, thanks--dj

yeah, i'm onthe college budget so i was gonna try to luck out at the junkyard or something--maybe find a racer gutting his, thanks again.

Re: ws6 door panels in camaro won't work, at least without some door modification. I have already tried. There is an area that stick out on a camaro door, that doesnt on the TA's, there for, the panels wont fit right/ or at all...

Re: ws6 door panels in camaro i put 2002 WS6 ebony leather door panels in my 1995 Z28, and as stated above you do have to do a small amount of modification.

One of the other LS1 sites even has an install write up on it with pics and all.
There are supposedly 2 spots that the Pontiac panels clip to the door that are not on the Chevy door. This makes the panel feel flimsy when you pull on it, such as when you get in and pull the door shut with the arm rest.
That is the modding that needs done... the fabbing of a couple of mounting points.
The pics I have seen look really sharp. The panels line up nicely with everything around them including the dash shape.
