spark + fuel, still DOES NOT start. HELP what could cause the car to not start, car just cranks over and will not start for the life of it. what could be causing this problem. anybody

Well, you description is kinda vague, so I can't really pin point one particular thing, but there are a # of things that keep a car from stating.
-Bad/weak Fuel pump
-bad distributer/igniton module
-depending on the year the crank sensor
-bad coil, or coil wire burned or severed
Really could be anything.
