Some have gone up to a 175-200 but a 150 or smaller is safe. But it all depends on your fuel pressure. Make sure you have an upgraded fuel pump or a fully working stock one.

Nitrous+no fuel=BAD

i've been running a 100 shot for awhile now on a stock fuel pump and it runs great...but i would recommend to get a bigger fuel pump if you want to run anything higher

I asked this in a another thread, how much can a stock rebuilt 4l60e (with a shift kit and a tranny cooler) last with intake/exhaust, cam (cc503 being my next upgrade), stall, and a 75 shot? Daily driven with the occasional WOT *cough cough*

sorry for the bit of a high jack/

you know parts are going to break anyways...

more power = more stuff to break

But before all that make sure you have adequate fuel pressure. That being said it don't matter if its the stock pump or an aftermarket...just make sure you have enough fuel pressure for the kit.
