Default just got done porting my stock TB but somethings wrong. need nelp!

so, i just got done porting my TB and it will not close all the way. it's not because i went to far with the porting, it just won't close for some reason! anyone with any suggestions please chime in. thanks

did u un bolt the throttle plate? if so, loosen the screws,while closed, up and find a seat where it closes and doesnt bind

yea, i tryed that but i think i just need to play with it to get it perfect! did you have to loosen it and play with it until it seated right?

Hey, i just got done with mine today also and had problems getting it closed. just fanagle with it and it sould work. i ended up swapping it backwards (the front face facing backwards with the little air hole still at the bottom) and it worked fine for me

Did you cut the shaft also or is it still stock? Also on the blade you will see two little bumps, those have to face the inlet of the throttle body or toward the air filter

Take that spring and wind it up one more time. If you get it too tight you will know. It will have a mind of it's own. You will feel the pedal have a tighter feel if it is wound a little tighter. If it is effortless to push down then it probably does need another revolution.
