Default Large Turbo > Thermostat Housing

I put the turbo in the area of the passenger side frame rail w/o regard to the thermostat housing.......

I found a straight housing on LS1 Speed's site but I believe this comes w/o a thermostat. What have you guys done to reroute this area?

THANKS!

i cut the neck of my thermostat and made it more of a right angle and rewelded it to avoid hitting my turbo.

you should be able to take the termostat and switch housings if thats what your talking about

I either need to cut it, or find the right thermostat works in the straight piece I found at Speed Inc

Probably w/ cutting it.....my MIG welder isnt going to like welding the aluminum

A SBC t-stat will fit in the housings we sell (link)

On the turbo builds we do in house we do modify the housing to work with a factory t-stat as it tends to work better.
