dyno numbers?

Default dyno numbers?

Today my friend went to dyno his lt1,his mods are LT's,ORY,CAI,373' and its an a4.Well his numbers came out to be 254/289tq,is that about right?or are they kind of low?

definitely low...for a DynoJet. Was this a Mustang dyno by chance?
Those numbers would be typical for a STOCK LT1 on a dynojet.

Stock everything else? If so from what I've seen thats about average. But for having those mods I'd expect a bit higher. Any info on A/F, humidity, alt, etc? Those might explain the numbers better.

its not a mustang dyno it was a dynojet.They told us it was running lean.

Yep, without a tune he isn't that far off. Most autos stock dyno ~240-250 to the wheels depending on mileage and maintenance. With a dyno's margin of error you shouldnt front too much about the "missing" 5hp or so.

Yeah his car has 150k and was running lean. Hes not to worried about the numbers cause his car runs pretty strong. We were just wondering how the numbers sounded to ya guys.

sounds right on mine when i had the same mods as your freinds done 253hp 291tq.
