Project LT1 Bird
Thought Id let you guys see my "New" car. I bought it from Streetracer with a parts car for 1k. Its a 93 trans am A4 with 178k showing. It been sitting for as near as I can figure 4yrs.
In this pic ive allready started tearing the nose parts off and headlights, there was alot more damage than I thought there would be. The car runs alot better than I looks. I drove it about 20 miles home and didnt have any issues with it(not including a flat tire).
Remember that flat I was telling you about. You can see the parts car (95 firebird) in the back ground. the car came with the stunning 93 ta wheels, Im gonna pick up somthing good soon.
This is the pile of parts we took off the 95. things not shown, hood, dash, and steering wheel also airbags.
Total spent so far
car w/parts car 1000.00
alternator 90.54
battery 69.95
IAT 13.99
oil and filter 12.99 (on sale at autozone)
nose off 96 TA 50.00
total 1237.47
Not bad for a runing driving car with cold air!
The point of this is I want some Input. What should I do with the car, Race, street, anyone wanna see a LT1 run tens with a few bolt on and ALOT of nitrous(once atleast) leave your feed back.
And help me name this car.

I say convert it to t-tops and a 6 speed, rebuild the motor with a good top end and a 150-200 hit. Full suspension, some nice 17 inch wheels and redo the entire interior and exterior back to good condition and then have fun with it. Show everyone you can do good things with an LT1, t56 and 17 inch wheels.

whats your budget?
Id go....
cutout in place of cat.
cheapo nitrous kit, 150 shot.
summit pro star styled drag wheels front and back.
MT ET street bias plys on back, some generic 185 tires up front
nitrous converter
theres no reason it shouldnt run 11s for under $3500 or so invested.
start saving for when something breaks.
white trash sounds good too! just make sure you have pictures on hand to show why you named the car that
