Post F-body sliding doors..

Never been a big fan of lambo type doors on f-bodies.. But I would consider something like this, would probably be out of my price range though. Life would be so much easier

I don't think it would look good.... I am creating an image in my mind where I see a rail on the side for it to work.....

Minivan... it's been done. I'd rather have Koenigsegg doors.

I'd rather have the Koenigsegg doors too, with the Koenigsegg attached

you can buy Koenigsegg doors? WHERE?!

as for this mod, i DO NOT like it. it would leave a fat line where the track went, and its just plain ugly. rather have lambo doors.

If there was a kit to put Koenigsegg doors on our cars, I'm sure it would cost more than one of our entire cars.

Also, the sliding door idea is dumb.

Hell no! What' s wrong with opening the door like everybody else? Hell, even the Lamborghini Gallardo doors open like traditional car doors. I say for cars like ours, let the doors open the way the manufacturer intended.

easier said then done when 2 trucks are blocking you off from both sides in a parking lot. How often have you found yourself trying to wiggle yourself in lol. Or trying to get in from the passenger side and getting over the main hump. in my 90,000 miles of daily driving i've lost count..

Very true!! That is also why I park away from the ********, wherever I go except at work, where I can' t. I opt to back in like 4-6 inches away from the passenger side of a co-worker' s vehicle. This wouldn' t even be an issue, if idiot architects would use a tape measure, and design parking lots for cool cars (i.e. non 4-door cars)!
