What's a 8.5 cage? cage to pass tech to 8.50's in the 1/4 mile?
For a full cage, it's about $350-600$ for either mild steel or c-moly.
Install will cost you more than the cage, especially if you go with c-moly.

Around here you can expect $175 per point. It all depends on who does it and how busy the shop is at the time. I am glad I have the equipment to do my own cages and suspension components.

technically, an 8-pt can be considered a cage too, most cages only intersect the floor at 8 points (since the door bars and a-pillar bars intersect above the plate)
Our 8.50 cages start at $1750 for chromemoly.

sorry guys for some reason this thread did not subscribe, but anyways i am talking about a cage that is going to pass tech for 8.50's so i am wounder how much for the cage to be made and installed with the swing outs and net? the place i am going to take it to qouted me $2550
