My 02 Z is pretty mild when it comes to mods, LT's, Magnaflow exhaust, Lid, nothing speacial and its tuned with HP tuners. My question is now that my car is tuned if I get a different TB do I need to get it re-tuned or will it be ok? Or is it even going to be worth it gettin a TB since my intake is still stock? Thanks guys

since you have an 01-02, you already have an LS6 manifold STOCK, so yes you do "have an intake." You have the LS6 manifold and a lid. And yes the ported TB will be worth it for sure...

No. I have a ported tb and the same mods as your car except for the lt's and LS6 intake, and my car is just fine on the stock tune.

You will still be ok, ported tb's make a little differance but not that huge that you need to tune for it.

No its not worth paying for an aftermarket TB just have the stock one ported for around 75 bucks or so I think they are going for....I personally am not sold on the idea of a ported TB making gains the size of the butterfly doesn't change but mine is ported so who knows.....
