quarter mile magnacharger time Went to the track today. Ended up limping the car back because the clutch just couldn't handle the power any longer. It's a mcleod twin disc, but has a lot of miles on it. Ed from Late Model Speed sent me a new tensioner for the maggie and I didn't have any problems with the belt like I was before. Ran 11.4 @ 122 with the clutch slipping on the launch. Car is running 6-7lbs of boost.

Whoa! I didn't know you had a twin disk go out on you. I guess that's what happens when you've got 450 ft lbs at under 2500 rpm. 
That's going to cost come cheddar. Are you going to go with the same set up?? If you get the Ram twin disk let me know how it is. That's what I'm thinking about going with.
