Default Pictures with the new VFN Sunoco style hood
When I pulled the hood out of the box I was happy to see no major defects and was also suprised to see anything in that huge box at all because I thought somebody was playing a trick on me. It weighed about what I thought a big *** box would weigh with nothing in it, LMAO! But like any other fiberglass hood I have ever seen it was going to need some slight trimming in some areas and some work to get it to mount properly. The factory bracket holes had to be grinded to the point where it was all the way through and we had to use washers to hold it onto the factory body mount points. The hood on the front corners sticks up just a tiny bit, but I am really picky about that stuff and it really isn't too bad IMO. Pretty much any fiberglass hood will not be a 100% perfect factory fit but it's damn close. All in all I am happy with the hood.
