Default Moving to Orange County

Hey, I'm moving to OC in 2 wks and I thought it be a good idea to at least ask.

I need help finding a house for rent, at least 3bdr, 2bth, 2car garage around the Irvine/Tustin/Costa Mesa area. I found work in Irvine, just need to find a decent place to live.

If you know someone renting a house in that area please let me know or pm me.

I've been looking on craigslist but have not found something decent/affordable yet.

thanks,
jc

Be prepared to pay $3.50 for 91, Hight rent $2,500+ in those areas. Also apartments or town homes don't go lower than $1,000 a month, I hope you got a good as job making $4,000+ to live comfortable renting a home. Lets not get into utilities . I will trade you spots since im moving to TX

you could live in the Oceanside area, over by Mission or w/e. Got some nice apartments for about $1400/month including utilities for a 2b/1b. but its a pretty good drive to the area you're moving too. I heard the Aliso Viejo area has some nice apartments for under $2000. That's not TOO far away from you

Yeah, for ~$1500/mo you need to move to Riverside then be prepared to die in the daily commute (unless you work swing or graveyard).

I have to, family reasons.

as for the 2+k rent, I can handle it but don't want to if I don't have to. I've been told Corona is Ok and rents are better but the commute is a killer unless I use the toll road. I don't have to be in Irvine, Costa Mesa, Tustin, even Orange will do, I think.

as for the gas, I have a V6 daily driver and I already pay 3.30 for 93. does anyone here live in Corona and work around the Irvine area?

I live in fullerton but i work in lake forest and it takes me 1 hour to get to work . Damn dude you must be a baller.. Toll road 241 is expensive as well, Anywhere in cali you will pay $2,000+ for nicer areas for a home. Unless you move to the ghetto and pay like $1,500 but you will have other things to worry about than the rent lol.

Guy in my neighborhood just moved out and is renting his place out. Its 5 bedroom 3 bath. 26XX sq ft. Has a two car garage plus space in front of the would be cars, has a pool. This is on the border of orange and santa ana, right by the 22 the 5 and the 55, not too far from irvine but will be a hell of a lot cheaper. If your serious/interested shoot me a PM and I can get more details for you.

Toll roads are only if you don't want to sit in traffic or take a slightly longer route (241).

I can live with toll roads if the total rent/toll/gas is less expensive than living in OC.
