anyone have a series 66 license? i have a few questions.

Thanks. im currently studying the Kaplan Financial study manuals, but i feel like its not enough, i was wondering if she used any other study guide that helped her pass??

the series 66 is a combination of the series 63 and 65 licenses which entitle you as a securities agent and investment adviser representative. most importantly, it is a pre-requisite for becoming a general securities representative(series 7) ....a FINRA- licensed trader(stock broker) and allows you to trade corporate securities.

I have my P&C and Life,Group&Health license and your right the study material they give you is just an outline. You would have to purchase the book that actually explains in detail. Call Kaplan and they'll let you know their fee... GL on that exam

I was thinking of getting that license but heard it's tough and I would bury myself with school work right now.

Her manuals were by Dearborn, I believe.
