I might. I'm going to Houston to visit my Dad on Friday. I'll take a look in the garage to see if they're still in there or not. Do you need the sub also?

I upgraded my audio system in my '06 Silverado and have these items for sale:

Bose 6 1/2" midbass components - $60 (pair)
Bose 5 1/4" coaxles - $50 (pair)
Bose subwoofer - $40
Bose amplifier - $125

$250 and it's all yours!

I dont have a Bose system. I would like one but for that price I might as well just go aftermarket. Do you have the factory tweeters that are plastic rivited in the door?

EDIT: WILL THE SUB WIRE TO A NON BOSE SYSTEM

$250 is expensive for a complete factory Bose system minus tweeters? What kind of price did you have in mind for all the items?

No, I sold the tweeters some time ago, sorry.

It's a lot to explain, but the final answer is no because it's cheaper to do aftermarket when you figure in all the bs specialized bose stuff you'd have to acquire.

Adam98Z, I'm curious what makes the Bose speakers so different than speakers from a non-Bose truck or even aftermarket? They're all powered by a positive 12V and ground. Are you referring to the sub only or all the speakers?

In a nutshell: The Bose amp that powers the entire system is a 2.5 ohm amp. You can hook up non-2.5 components, but you sacrifice quality in doing so. Some people speculate they did 2.5 to make it costly to upgrade to after market or even replace the Bose speakers by limiting your options. I personally love my Tahoe's Bose system and I say if anyone can get their hands on the complete setup that GM puts out they'll have a nice system.

What you have is a great deal especially when you look at each components replacement cost.
